The Mars Sweatpants from our Terrestrial Drip series capture the rugged extremes of humanity’s future home in a 90s-inspired streetwear cut. Made with thick fleece and a roomy, relaxed fit, they bring a bold retro vibe with the softness of brushed fleece inside. Deep side pockets, elastic cuffs, and an adjustable drawcord waistband make them as practical as they are comfortable—perfect for chilling on Earth or dreaming of new horizons on Mars.

Shipping Policy – Orbital Drip

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after purchase. Fulfillment is managed through Shopify’s third-party fulfillment network, so processing times may vary slightly depending on workload and availability. Please note that Orbital Drip does not directly control fulfillment speed, but we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing high order volume or supply delays, processing time may extend slightly. We’ll notify you via email if any significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international countries. Delivery times will vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues or Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate it, email us at owner@orbitaldrip.com  and we’ll help however we can.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orbital Drip is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses or shipping carrier delays.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at owner@orbitaldrip.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue so we can take care of it promptly.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we’ll process your refund through Shopify’s secure system. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

  • We do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale or limited edition drops unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy – Orbital Drip

At Orbital Drip, every item is made and fulfilled with care through Shopify’s secure system. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at owner@orbitaldrip.com. After that window, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled. If that’s the case, please refer to our return policy below.

Returns:
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, please email owner@orbitaldrip.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or received the wrong item? We’ve got you.
Email us at owner@orbitaldrip.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details. We’ll arrange the exchange if the item is still in stock.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back unless the exchange is due to a mistake or defect on our end.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or limited drops

  • Stickers or accessories, unless damaged on arrival

  • Any worn or washed items
