Celebrate the joy + silliness of your favorite moments!
These one-of-a-kind watercolor portraits are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, or simply preserving a memory in a colorful, playful way. Each piece is created on Strathmore watercolor paper using watercolor, ink, and colored pencil—finished with a touch of glitter (optional, your choice!).

Personal touches:

  • Based on your photo(s) — clear photos give the best results!

  • Names can be added (please double-check spelling).

  • Text is printed in black using my trusty Canon printer.

  • Multiple subjects from different photos? No problem—just email the extras with your order number.

Sizes & subjects:

  • 5×7″ – up to 3 subjects

  • 8×10″ – up to 6 subjects

Quotes available for larger sizes, additional people, or detailed backgrounds.

Timeline:

  • Standard creation time: 3 days from receiving your photo(s)

Materials & shipping:

  • Hand-painted on acid-free Strathmore watercolor paper

  • Sprayed with varnish for protection

  • Shipped in a cellophane sleeve inside a stiff cardboard envelope to prevent bending

Extra fun:

  • Custom paintings can also be ordered for events—as place cards, gifts, or thank-you notes.

How to order:

  • Attach a clear photo to your order.

  • If no photo is attached, I’ll email you within 24 hours (check spam folder).

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated or ordered within 3-5 business days. Custom/Personal/Commission orders are shipped after the 3-5 week drawing period. Tracking will be provided!

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at melissastagi@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at melissastagi@yahoo.com.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personal/commission, sale items or gift cards. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges I do not provide exchanges. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at melissastagi@yahoo.com.
