If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, Sharky Shred Shop will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer. Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.  To initiate a refund or exchange, contact sales@sharkyshredshop.com and mail out your item via an insured trackable delivery service within 30 days from the receipt of original order.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt of original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from any refund provided upon acceptance of the returned item(s).  ALL used items, Air Fresheners and Chillest Merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund - sales on these items are final. Sharky Shred Shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
