Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise stated on an individual Product's page and/or from time-to-time in our Announcements panel we ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated and paid at the time you place your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from any refund provided upon acceptance of the returned item(s).
Sharky Shred Shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All sales are shipped FOB Origin.
Refund Policy
- If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, Sharky Shred Shop will accept, for return or exchange, items shipped directly from Sharky Shred Shop that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer. Some exclusions apply (see exclusions below.)
- Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
- To initiate a refund or exchange, contact sales@sharkyshredshop.com and mail out your item via an insured, trackable delivery service within 30 days from the receipt of original order.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt of original order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from any refund provided upon acceptance of the returned item(s).
- EXCLUSIONS: The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund - sales of these items are final.
